Since January 2020, when he started his YouTube channel, he has been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under various articles of the Code of Administrative Offences. He has been fined and arrested for statements made in videos on his channel. He has also been prosecuted under administrative articles for disobeying the police and violating sanitary regulations.

In May 2021, Fedorov was charged with incitement to hatred. On May 18, his house was searched. During the search, cartridges were allegedly found in the storeroom, as well as an explosive substance. Previously, on 27 October 2017, Fedorov was issued a permit to keep and carry a hunting weapon, which was cancelled on 12 March 2021. According to the investigation, it was at this point that Fedorov developed the intention to illegally possess smokeless gunpowder SUNAR.

Fedorov was placed under house arrest. In May 2022, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. On 24 October 2024, Fedorov was sentenced to three and a half years in an open prison.
