A resident of the Krasnodar region. On 29 April 2020, his home was searched and he was questioned as a witness, it is not known in what case. In April 2023, he was added to the Rosfinmonitoring list (list of people who are working as or are involved with terrorists or extremists). On 18 April 2024, it was reported that he was detained on charges of involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement with the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely for religious activities: meetings, joint worship services, attracting new supporters.
In November 2024, a website dedicated to the persecution of Jehovah's Witnesses reported that Davydenko was being held in a 10-bed cell with 14 other people in addition to him.
On 25 February 2025, Davydenko was sentenced to four years and two months in a general regime colony.
