Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk Krai from the LDPR party. In September 2023, he ran for the position of governor of the region. During the elections, he reported that vote buying was done by the United Russia party. On November 2, 2023, he was taken into custody on charges of receiving a bribe of a particularly large amount. On October 2, 2024, Gliskov was sentenced to ten years in a strict-regime penal colony.
