Alexander Ivanov

A resident of Sakhalin. During the first half of 2024, he was held administratively liable at least six times, three of which were under the article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). No later than August 2024, Ivanov was taken into custody on charges of publicly justifying terrorism and repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces. It was later reported that another case was allegedly initiated against him: also for public justification of terrorism and repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces, as well as for participating in the activities of a terrorist organization and for inciting activities aimed against the security of the Russian Federation. In June 2025, the second case was submitted to the court.
