Student of the Department of Contemporary Art at the Higher School of Economics, School of Design. On July, 27th, 2023, she was detained and sent under house arrest as part of a case of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. TV propagandist Vladimir Solovyov claimed that Olekhnovich and her course mate Ivan Trofimov were activists in "Navalny's underground headquarters" and were "helping the FBK".
In August 2023, the decision to place Olekhnovich under house arrest was cancelled and she was taken into custody.
Later it became known that the charge was reclassified from participation in the activities of an extremist organisation to participation in the activities of an extremist community.
On March, 14th Olekhnovich was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony.
