Associate Professor at MIPT, Head of Department at the Zhukovsky Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI). Participated in an international project to develop a high-speed aircraft HEXAFLY-INT. In December 2020, he was detained and taken into custody on charges of high treason. On 27 October 2023, he was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
