Resident of Kirov, lawyer. Head of the regional branch of the PARNAS party. In 2022 he tried to run for governor as a self-nominated candidate, but his candidacy was withdrawn from the election due to failure to submit documents for registration. He runs a YouTube channel where he openly confronts judges, police officers, prosecutors, and other officials and security forces. On 18 February 2025, Dolgikh was detained, and the next day he was placed in custody on charges of bribery.
