A resident of Bashkortostan. He was taken into custody on charges of participating in mass riots and using violence against a government official in connection with the public gathering in Baymak on January 17, 2024, in support of activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison. On December 24, 2024, Khazhin was sentenced to six years in a general regime penal colony. On May 6, 2024, the appellate court reduced the sentence to four years and two months.
