A resident of Tatarstan, a veteran of the national movement, local historian, journalist, ran a museum-library of the repressed Tatar public activist, historian-turkologist Hadi Atlasi. A case was brought against him for publicly justifying terrorism and discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. On 5 December 2024, he was taken into custody. The Telegram channel of the Government of Independent Tatarstan in Exile claims that the reason for the case was anti-war publications on the Internet.
