Administrator of the NATSDEM Telegram channel, known as "Kesha." On March 15th, 2024, he was detained and put under house arrest in a case of incitement of hatred on ethnic grounds. On April 19th, 2024, he was detained again, allegedly on charges of attempted escape, and taken into custody. In January 2025, it became known that Paramoshin was charged with new offenses: calls to extremism, creation of an extremist community, and involving minors in criminal activities.
