Gleb Troitskii is a resident of Moscow, a legal assistant. On 30 August 2023, his flat was inspected, after which Troitskii and his father were sentenced to 14 days of administrative detention for disobeying law enforcement officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). According to the telegram channel "Beware of the News", after that Troitskii put an "anti-war image" on his avatar in social networks. On 25 May 2024, he was detained at passport control at the airport — he was about to fly abroad. On 27 May, Troitskii was sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention for hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). At the end of his detention term on June 5, he was detained again under the same charge and arrested for 15 days, and then, on June 21, for another 15 days, again on the charge of hooliganism. In all three cases, the allegations were that Troitskii was loudly swearing in public. On July 5, after the last detention period ended, Troitskii was arrested on a criminal case concerning participation in the activities of a terrorist organization. Later it became known that he was accused of preparing to participate in the activities of a terrorist organization and treason.
