Resident of Orel region, LGBTQ+ activist, transgender man. On 12 July 2023, he was detained on charges of transferring money to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The reason was the transfer of 865 rubles to a Ukrainian account on the night of 24-25 February 2022. According to his lawyer, the prosecution did not provide any data on how the money was spent, while Kislitsyn himself claims that he made the transfer "for humanitarian reasons". A treason case was opened against Kislitsyn. He was taken to Moscow and taken into custody. On 22 December 2023, Kislitsyn was sentenced to 12 years in a general regime penal colony. At the same time, he was sent to a women's colony by court order, because, as stated in the verdict, he belongs "to the female genetic sex". Since his arrival in the colony, he was no longer given hormone replacement therapy medication. Since November 2024, he has been sent to a solitary confinement four times.
