Resident of Bashkortostan. He was wanted in the case of mass disorder in connection with the mass gathering in Baymak on 17 January 2024 in support of activist Fail Alsynov, sentenced to four years in prison. Bikbulatov was later taken into custody. On 26 February 2025, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony. In June 2025, this term was reduced by three months on appeal.
