A Surgut resident, an anti-fascist and a creator of the libertarian library "Burevestnik". He was detained on the night of 1 September 2022. Oleinik reported that he was tortured and forced to falsely confess. A case of creating a terrorist oraganization was opened against him. After Oleinik refused to confess, he was transferred to another detention centre — the defence did not rule out that he could be tortured there again. In March 2023, Oleynik was charged with preparation of a terrorist act, and in December 2023 — with manufacturing and possession of explosives. According to the investigation, he and several other anti-fascists from the cities of the Ural region were planning to overthrow the government and were preparing terrorist acts that would supposedly take place on the railway routes transporting Russian military equipment.
