A resident of Togliatti. Since autumn 2022, she had been blogging in Ukrainian and making anti-war inscriptions on banknotes. In July 2023, it became known that a criminal case on preparation for high treason was opened against her and she was taken into custody. Later it was reported that Yevtushenko is also charged with public justification of terrorism. In September 2023 it became known that Yevtushenko was also charged with financing of terrorism (part 1.1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code). In November it became known that Yevtushenko was charged with calls to extremism (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code). In March 2024, Yevtushenko was charged in the final version: in addition to the above articles, there are also the dissemination of "fakes" about the Russian army with the motive of hatred (point "d" of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) and dissemination of disrespectful information about the days or desecration of symbols of military glory (part 4 of article 354.1 of the Criminal Code). In May, she was sent to a punishment cell for not switching off the TV set in time.
