Resident of Petrozavodsk. In August 2022, he was detained after a search in the case of "fakes" about the Armed Forces. He said that during the search in the case of "fakes", security forces put a gun to his neck. The court chose a measure of restriction in the form of prohibition of certain actions. On 29 February 2024, Poghosyan was sentenced to six years in a strict regime colony.
Previously, Poghosyan had served his sentence in different colonies in Karelia. He said that he was subjected to torture. A criminal case was initiated against the staff of IK-9.
