A resident of Chelyabinsk, a handyman. On 20 August 2024, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of publicly justifying terrorism and calling for terrorism. Fomov wrote that the reason was his "disagreement with the domestic and foreign policy pursued by the president and the "Kremlin towers", as well as a comment in support of one of the armed formations operating in Ukraine.
