A resident of Chelyabinsk, worked repairing apartments. On 20 August 2024, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of public justification of terrorism and calls for terrorism. Fomov wrote that the reason was his "disagreement with the domestic and foreign policy pursued by the president and the 'towers of the Kremlin'", as well as comments in support of one of the armed formations operating in Ukraine. We are talking about comments calling for Putin's execution and in support of the "Russian Volunteer Corps". On 12 August 2025, Fomov was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony.
