A resident of the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye (Crimea). On 28 September 2022, they came to his home with a search. On 30 September, the court sent him to detention on charges of organising activities of an extremist organisation. On 15 November, he was transferred to house arrest. On 12 July 2023 Parfenovich's preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions, but on 28 July he was put under house arrest again. On 1 July 2024, he was sentenced to six years' suspended sentence. On 3 October 2024, the appeal court replaced the suspended sentence with a real one.
