A resident of St. Petersburg, she was charged with incitement to terrorism for calling for the overthrow of the Russian government and the "execution of the top echelon of the military." In December 2024, her case went to trial. During the proceedings, Lemann stated that after a visit from FSB officers, her views on the war had changed, and she now supports the actions of the Russian Federation. On January 23, 2025, she was sentenced to three years in a general regime penal colony.
