A resident of Samara, an electrical fitter. A case on incitement to terrorism was opened against him because of his aggressive remarks about mobilisation. Bayramov was given a recognisance not to leave the city. His colleague Daria Zotova, in particular, testified against him. She told the investigation that the man "was constantly speaking out against the government and the president," and in their personal correspondence was convincing her that Putin should be "overthrown and eliminated" and that "under him Russia is in slavery." "It was clear that he did not just want to change the president during the elections, but specifically to kill him or illegally overthrow him," the woman added. On December 9, 2024, Bayramov was sentenced to two years in prison.
