Resident of Kurilsk. Presumably a supporter of the "citizens of the USSR" movement. He has four children, two of whom are minors, has a disability, and his arm does not work.

In 2022 and 2023, Ryaskin was fined 30 thousand rubles under the article on discrediting the army (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and twice - for 1,100 and 1,500 rubles - under the article on distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offences). The reasons for the fines were the videos "WATCH TO THE END! SPECIAL issue for Citizens of the USSR FULL VERSION", "Citizens of the USSR notify commercial firms of the Russian Federation", "Sobyanin's regiment: Muscovites are already starting to be taken to the war in Ukraine", "Commander spoke the truth on camera".

On 19 June he was sent to custody under the article on justification or calls for terrorism. Details are unknown.
